Supercell-Style Pictures from March 16, 2012

This was a strong storm cell just off the west side of Lake Michigan from this afternoon.

  6. No, it doesn't ERN WX. Unless you're just counting the fact that it's an isolated storm, this has no similarities whatsoever to a supercell.

  7. Anonymous: I would like to concur. While this storm photographed did not have rotation and therefore was not a supercell, it does have a very strong resemblance to this supercell, including a large anvil top, a tight, cumulus-covered core, and clouds surrounding the base of the storm cloud.
