GFS, NAM point to supercell outbreak with April 19 System

The GFS and NAM are pointing towards a supercell outbreak in the Lower Great Lakes today, or at least in an environment favorable for supercells.
Below is the NAM Supercell Composite (SCP) image.
Once again, the NAM run-to-run has been very consistent in keeping this area outlined in red.
Next up is the GFS.
The GFS may look more threatening, but it isn't. There is just an extra color added onto the legend.
However, both images are equally concerning.
The good news?
There are parameters that will not be in place to conduct supercells.
These images are comparable to, say, a bunny with a scary mask on.
Not much is actually expected to happen over the red and white areas in the images above.

Severe Weather Outbreak Today, April 19

The Storm Prediction Center has outlined the following areas at risk for a severe weather outbreak today:
-South IL
-Much of Indiana
-Southeast MO
-North and Northwest Arkansas
-West Kentucky
-East Oklahoma

Below are the risks of severe weather in order: Tornado, Hail and Damaging winds
It appears the damaging wind threat ignited most of the moderate risk with a little help from the hail risk.
Keep an eye to the sky if you live in any of those areas.
Be sure to monitor the severe weather on the April 19 Severe Weather Event Page.
