URGENT - IMMEDIATE BROADCAST REQUESTED TORNADO WATCH NUMBER 204 NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER NORMAN OK 245 PM CDT MON APR 25 2011 THE NWS STORM PREDICTION CENTER HAS ISSUED A TORNADO WATCH FOR PORTIONS OF CENTRAL AND EASTERN TEXAS EFFECTIVE THIS MONDAY AFTERNOON AND EVENING FROM 245 PM UNTIL 1000 PM CDT. TORNADOES...HAIL TO 3 INCHES IN DIAMETER...THUNDERSTORM WIND GUSTS TO 70 MPH...AND DANGEROUS LIGHTNING ARE POSSIBLE IN THESE AREAS. THE TORNADO WATCH AREA IS APPROXIMATELY ALONG AND 120 STATUTE MILES EAST AND WEST OF A LINE FROM 60 MILES EAST NORTHEAST OF WACO TEXAS TO 20 MILES EAST SOUTHEAST OF AUSTIN TEXAS.
