LOCATIONS IN THE WARNING INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO ELAINE... HELENA...LAKE VIEW...WEST HELENA...COAHOMA...LULA...WESTOVER... QUARLES...SPRING CREEK...LAMBROOK...RATIO...CATRON...MELLWOOD AND LUNDELL. THIS WARNING ALSO INCLUDES AREAS NEAR BEAVERDAM LAKE...FLOWER LAKE...HORSESHOE LAKE...MOON LAKE...OLD TOWN LAKE AND TUNICA LAKE. PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
