June 19- Tropical Depression TWO-E Morning Discussion

Tropical Depression TWO-E has formed. It is currently offshore of Mexico and will move NNW, potentially making landfall in Mexico. After that, it will move west and dissipate into the Friday time period.
I'm sorry for the very very short update, but there's no material I feel should be posted after this map above was issued.
I will issue a more in-depth discussion tonight.
