Snowfall Forecasts for the Alberta Clipper are lowering, as shown by Intellicast's SNOWcast 48 hour snowfall accumulation forecast above. It looks like the maximum totals will actually turn out to be around 1-2 inches for South Wisconsin, with up to 4 inches in Minnesota from this clipper. I am not surprised, as it takes a lot of moisture for 4 inches of snow to fall, especially for an Alberta Clipper, which is moisture starved to begin with.

The Sunday clipper looks like it has a little more moisture to work with according to NAM, do you think this gives Rockford,IL good amounts of snow or is it border line like tonight's clipper? Thanks.

Typo, i ment to say GFS not NAM.

The local stations say .10 inch of ice in Rockford,IL, and around .25 inches of snow. Do you agree with this, Andrew? Thanks.

Hello Andrew.Hopefuly the pattern change brings HEAVY snow to Ohio once it does occur considering all the rain we've been getting.
