Subtropical Storm Beryl has formed offshore the Southeastern US. I am on my phone, so I cannot explain everything, but I have tracks, intensities, and satellite imagery below.

It does not look 100% tropical yet. NHC made te rigth call. I would like to congratulate you on getting this one VERY early. You were one of the first. It is strong evidence that you know what you are doing. Nobody can deny that!!! Great work!!!!!!!!!!! Now I will comment on a potential severe outbreak for my area. Tues/ Tues Evening could be quite a big tstm time. Shear aoa 30kts, lapse rates decent, CAPE AOA 2500 jkg; all present something. Just timing.
