NARRATIVE: THIS TORNADO STARTED AT THE MARTIN COUNTY LINE JUST ON
THE OTHER SIDE OF ROUTE 150 FROM ROLAND...THEN CROSSED ROUTE 150
INTO ROLAND AND ONTO WEST CR275N. NUMEROUS TREES WERE UPROOTED AND
SNAPPED IN A CONVERGENT PATTERN. IN ONE CONCENTRATED SPOT TWO DOZEN
TREES WERE SNAPPED OFF. A HOUSE HAD ITS WINDOWS BLOWN IN ON ITS
SOUTHWEST SIDE. A WELL CONSTRUCTED LOG CABIN LOST SHINGLES. A VERY
WELL CONSTRUCTED LARGE BARN HAD ITS METAL ROOFING TORN OFF AND
WRAPPED INTO TREE TOPS 100 TO 200 YARDS DOWNWIND. A WOOD SHED
OUTBUILDING WAS DESTROYED. THOUGH THE WIDTH OF THE DAMAGE PATH FROM
THIS TORNADO WAS 200 YARDS...STRAIGHTLINE WINDS NEAR THE TORNADO
MADE THE TOTAL DAMAGE WIDTH 0.5 TO 0.6 MILE WIDE.

NARRATIVE: THIS TORNADO TOUCHED DOWN JUST WEST OF TONYS MARINA NEAR
ROUTE 145. TREES WERE UPROOTED AND SNAPPED. A LARGE METAL BARN WITH
CINDER WALLS WAS DESTROYED. THE TORNADO THEN CROSSED ROUTE 145 AND
MOVED INTO TONYS MARINA. THREE METAL OUTBUILDINGS WERE DAMAGED OR
DESTROYED. ONE OF THE BUILDINGS HAD ITS DOORS BLOWN IN...ON ANOTHER
THE METAL ROOF WAS PEELED BACK...AND THE THIRD WAS LEVELED AND BLOWN
300 YARDS DOWNWIND. TREES WERE UPROOTED IN A CONVERGENT PATTERN,
SOME OF WHICH FELL ON POWER LINES CAUSING THE POLES TO SNAP. A
PONTOON BOAT WAS FLIPPED OVER.

NARRATIVE: THIS TORNADO BEGAN NEAR THE INTERSECTION OF BASE LINE
ROAD AND ROUTE 145. IT WAS 50 YARDS WIDE AT ITS INCEPTION AND
DESTROYED A METAL ROOFED BARN. TREES WERE UPROOTED AND SNAPPED. A
HOUSE ON BASE LINE ROAD NEAR ROUTE 145 HAD ITS FRONT PORCH RIPPED
OFF AND THROWN OVER THE HOUSE INTO THE BACK YARD. ABOUT 100 YARDS
FROM THE INTERSECTION OF BASE LINE ROAD AND ROUTE 145 A CLUSTER OF
LARGE TALL EVERGREENS WAS SNAPPED OFF AND STREWN CHAOTICALLY IN ALL
DIRECTIONS. THE TORNADO DISSIPATED JUST EAST OF ROUTE 145.
