Update to the 3:30pm CDT Special Weather Advisory:

The following area is being updated:
-Tennessee

At 4:49pm CDT, radar was indicating strong thunderstorms were dissipating.
Thus, the Special Weather Advisory for Tennessee has been cancelled.
All other areas still listed in the 3:30pm CDT issue are still in effect.
