April 16 Severe Weather Outbreak

Today there is a severe weather outbreak forecasted over parts of the Southeast. Below is real-time threats for today.
First is the overall threat.
Most of the concern will be centered in the eastern portion of North Carolina.
Below is the Tornado threat, hail threat and damaging wind threat in that order.
It does appear yet again that a tornado outbreak is the most potent threat. That said, when parameters begin to rise/fall into tornadic categories, a watch will be issued by The Weather Centre.
