PATH WIDTH: 30 YARDS

NARRATIVE: NWS STORM DAMAGE SURVEY TEAM CONFIRMS AN
EF-0 TORNADO NEAR FRANKFORT.  THE TORNADO STARTED ON THE SOUTH SIDE
OF FRANKFORT...ABOUT 1.6 MILES SW OF THE CITY CENTER. IT TRACKED
NORTHEAST TO ABOUT 3.25 MILES EAST OF FRANKFORT.  THE TORNADO
DAMAGED SEVERAL TREES AND KNOCKED SHINGLES OFF OF HOUSES.  THE MOST
INTENSE DAMAGE WAS FOUND NEAR THE FRANKFORT CEMETERY AND THE
FRANKFORT CAPITOL BUILDING.  ESTIMATED WIND SPEEDS WERE BETWEEN
65-70 MPH ALONG THE 4.7 MILE PATH.  THE PATH WIDTH WAS APPROXIMATELY
30 YARDS.
