What is it?

April 21, 2011 only logged one tornado. I believe the date you are looking for is April 27, 2011.

Oh yes.
Thank you very much.

Hello, Andrew. When is your severe weather prediction for?

Since winter has been a sad disater, I am looking for some good hail producing thunderstorms. In my area they tend to possess damaging winds when they become severe. Sometimes we get golfball sized hail which is fun but dents cars. Most of the time storms are linear or multi-cell clusters. Normally every year, though, we get a few supercells. They generally do not produce tornadoes though. Have seen a few weak ones in this area. In the Midwest when I went storm chasing I have seen big ones.

Oops, Andrew. Never mind. Forgot the last part of your statement. Next few weeks may be turbulent. Glad you are getting the word out early. I will certainly read your long range prediction. You are very accurate with your forecasts.

So when will some of these storms start making it up to southern michigan? Most forecasts I have seen are predicting a big warmup about a week from now, with temperatures right up near 60 degrees. Hopefully severe weather comes along with the warmth?
After winter, I can't wait for the first tornado warning of the season.
