Glad to see you get a vacation for once!!!!!!!!! Take care!!!!!!!
Just my opinion on the dry wx engulfing the east. if you read what i post in the comment section, you will note my concern over the dry wx in the East. The best chc of rain in the next week appears to be Wednesday. QPF looks to only be about .25 in. at max. There are several wildfires in my area, so I definitely need the rain. Last October/September we were so saturated. Now, things have really dried up in the Mid Atlantic. I personally think the dryness will continue into the summer for the Northeast/ Mid Atlc. My theory is that we will stay dry thru September and at last around October cond. will be noticeably cooler and wetter. Don't worry we will see rain, just less than avg. Andrew, I hope you don't mind me posting this little discussion. Please notify me if you don't want me to do this when you are busy. Thank you.
The major severe wx outbreak for April that I have been advertising is on the 12z Gfs in the long range. I am concerned already. Plains States, be ready. I know you guys handle this stuff well, but this one may be worse than normal. We will see in the next few days.
Relative humidity is 14%. That is not good. This is the year of the red flag warning.
Wind gust of 28 mph. More concern.
I actually want to thank you for putting out all of this information, ERN WX.You and Mike are such big helps to this blog, especially when I'm not around, so thank you again. As for the wildfires, this spring looks to be pretty rough. Keep yourself safe! The severe weather season is only beginning to ramp up, so things should be getting interesting shortly.
Thanks, Andrew. i will try to keep myself safe. Have a great vacation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
