AT 633 PM MDT...TRAINED WEATHER SPOTTERS REPORTED A WALL CLOUD WITH
STRONG ROTATION.  A TORNADO MAY DEVELOP AT ANY TIME. THIS DANGEROUS
STORM WAS LOCATED 7 MILES SOUTHEAST OF GOLDENEYE STATE WILDLIFE
MANAGEMENT AREA...OR 9 MILES SOUTH OF BIG SPRINGS...MOVING EAST AT
20 MPH.

LOCATIONS IMPACTED INCLUDE...
  BRULE...INTERSTATE 80 MILE MARKER 110...INTERSTATE 80 MILE MARKER
  120 AND HIGHWAY 61 MILE MARKER 80.
