I am not close to the computer until this evening, so I will try to provide here.

The image shown below shows potential vorticity forecasts for Hour 48 from the latest 12z GFS and UM-NMS combination. A low pressure system appears to be moving northeast that may produce some strong storms in the future. Considering this is spring, any storm system could produce severe weather.

Hey Andrew, where did you get this map from? I've been looking for dynamic tropopause maps (high quality maps) on the Internet for the past several weeks now. Thanks.

This was off the UW-NMS model (if you search it, it will come up in the first few results.)
PoliClimate also has some high quality tropopause maps.
