COUNTY. A SHELTER HAS BEEN OPENED AT THE HILLIARD MIDDLE-SENIOR
HIGH SCHOOL...ONE FLASHES AVENUE. PEOPLE WHO DECIDE TO EVACUATE
LOW-LYING AREAS SHOULD USE EXTREME CAUTION...AND SHOULD NOT CROSS
FLOODED ROADWAYS.
