I was wondering about the N/A?.....Boone, NC average snow fall is around 35.3 inches. Last year we had 36.1 inches of snow In 2012 we had only 13.7 inches of snow. Thanks for all your hard work!
I'd venture above normal in this case, probably pulling precipitation closer to normal as well. Mistook NC for SC; I made most of these forecasts in the early early morning hours, so there's likely a typo here and there.
